West Fork of the French
Broad River located in the mountains of Brevard, North Carolina
Experience trophy trout fishing
in a remote mountain setting - along with a fully equipped log cabin. The stream
is loaded with trophy trout waiting for you to present your fly. It also offers
tremendous dry fly opportunities plus unsurpassed under water angling.
When: May 3 - 4, 2008
You will need to arrive on Friday evening May the 2 and can leave after fishing
Sunday evening, May 4. The group will be limited to 6 guests.
Package Includes:
Two days of guided fly fishing
on private waters. Bob will guide and alternate with all the clients. He will
rotate guiding with Linda Heller, a professional NC guide and flyfishing instructor
along with local Davidson River guides as needed. Transportation and meals are
not included, Lodging is included to the guests that want to stay at the on
stream cabin. Other lodging arrangements can also be made if needed.
Details:
We will take you to
the private waters of the West Fork of the French Broad or if preferred you
can fish a day there and another day on the Davidson River one of the top ten
trout streams in the US. You will fish to large numbers of healthy, stream raised
trout. If you like to cast dry flies to surface feeding trout or nymph fish,
this is the place to do it.
Cost: $750.00
per person includes lodging at the cabin.
Payment: Check, cash
or money order is preferred. A $100.00 deposit can be charged to a credit card
to hold your reservation. The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the event

Equipment: Five or
six weight fly rods, 9 foot leaders with 2x - 4x tippets. A large landing net
with at least a 24 to 27 inch opening. Bob Clouser will be on hand to answer
any questions or provide instructions when needed. Bob will also tie a few of
his favorite fly patterns or teach a few knots on Saturday evening at the cabin.
A personally tied Clouser Minnow along with a signature card is included for
each guest.
